I’m a transpersonal psychotherapist, Yoga Nidra guide, and dreamworker with an endless curiosity about what it means to be human and how consciousness moves through our lives.

After years in the corporate world working in finance, I took a break to raise my two children. It was during a difficult chapter of my own life - while searching for a psychotherapist to support me - that I stumbled upon the therapy training at CCPE, and my life's purpose suddenly revealed itself to me.

Over the years, my sense of purpose and my understanding of what it means to heal, to become whole, has kept evolving through the various modalities, practices, and trainings that have come my way. I am continually inspired by the vast inner landscapes we each hold, and the profound capacity we have to heal, transform, and remember ourselves. I am grateful for all the teachers who have helped pave the path.

My experience of life is shaped by a deep sense of the interconnectedness of all beings and all life, and a trust in the cyclical intelligence of the natural world.

My own path has been one of embodiment: learning to hear my inner guidance, trusting it a little more each day, and allowing myself to slow down. I am therefore passionate about creating safe spaces where transformation can happen. It is from this place that I discovered the quieter we become, the more clearly our truth reveals itself. This continues to shape both my life and my work.
